SHIPPING CHARGES
Minimum shipping--$5.50
Orders up to $100--9%, up to $200--8%, up to $400--7%

Additional Shipping Charges of $2.00 - $3.00 may be incurred and reflected on your packing slip, based on your shipping address.  This is a Delivery Fuel Surcharge fee as determined by our shipping vendor.

SHIPPING TIME

We standardly ship orders within 3 - 5 business days from the date of the order. 

We do offer expedited services, both on in-house turn-around time and on shipping services.  If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us via email or phone after you have placed your on-line order.   We ship via Fed Ex Ground (except:  Wisconsin and Minnesota - orders will ship via SpeeDee Delivery Service)

DISCREPANCIES / DAMAGES
Any order discrepancies or damages MUST be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order.

RETURNS

ALL returns must be pre-authorized thru Customer Service.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
