SHIPPING CHARGES - VIA UPS OR FED GROUND
Minimum shipping--$8.00
Orders up to $80 -- shipping is $8.00
$81 - $100 -- shipping is $10.00
$101 - $150 -- shipping is $15.50
$151 - $200 -- shipping is $18.00
$201 - $250 -- shipping is $22.00
$251 - $300 -- shipping is $26.00
$301 - $400 --shipping is $30.00
Additional Shipping Charges of $2.00 - $4.50 may be incurred and reflected on your packing slip, based on your shipping address. This is a Delivery Area/Fuel Surcharge fee as determined by our shipping vendor.
CANADA SHIPPING - Exact shipping charges will apply. We will ship via Fed Ex or UPS Ground or US MAIL Priority Flat Rate, whichever is less.
SHIPPING TIME
We standardly ship orders within 3 - 5 business days from the date of the order.
We do offer expedited services, both on in-house turn-around time and on shipping services.
Rush orders MUST be received by NOON CST (Mon - Thurs, ON FRIDAY, deadline is 10 am CST)
in order to ship on the same day (in stock items only - custom cuts and die cuts required more time)

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us via email or phone after you have placed your on-line order. We ship via Fed Ex or UPS Ground (except: Wisconsin and Minnesota - orders will ship via SpeeDee Delivery Service)
DISCREPANCIES / DAMAGES
Any order discrepancies or damages MUST be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order.
RETURNS
ALL returns must be pre-authorized thru Customer Service.
Custom Cuts, Die Cuts and non-stocked items ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
All returns are subject to a 15% or $15.00 (whichever is greater) restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
